Three hours of yoga, live music and good company.
As the clocks go back and the evenings draw in, we wanted to create something truly magical and grounding to mark the turning point into the darker winter months.
Breath-led Vinyasa and deep, grounding Yin, with original live music and warm candlelight — and space to breathe, relax and connect at the end. With tea and homemade cakes to finish.

The afternoon
Strong and warming, then deep and still
We’ll begin with a short meditation and pranayama, leading into strong, warming, energising Vinyasa.
We’ll then sink to the mat for long, deep Yin holds as the music grounds us, settles the nervous system and gives us something to rest our attention on. We’ll close in held stillness with a guided Yoga Nidra.
Afterwards there’s a full hour for us to gather, meet new people and catch up with old friends, over warming teas, homemade cakes, brownies and energy balls.

The music
Deep beats, cello, voice and loops
The practice is supported throughout by original live music — deep beats, cello, voice and loops.
This will be a truly unique experience.
