Our Teachers

Kasia Kozlowska
Kasia was lucky to start her yoga practice from a young age when experiencing a turbulent time. Yoga was less popular back then, so armed with a VHS, she practiced sun salutations on her living room floor and slowly began to notice how calming and grounding the practice was.
In 2020, after many years on the mat as a practitioner, Kasia decided it was time to deepen her exploration and understanding of the yoga practice and undertook a life-changing 200hr teacher training course with Stewart Gilchrist. Kasia has subsequently completed 50hrs 4BEAT training with Marcus Veda, where the breath synchronises to the beat, creating a calming, meditative flow.
Inspired by a lifelong interest in varying movement disciplines, Kasia often weaves this into creative sequences to help students build both strength and mobility. You can expect a strong yet supportive class where there might be a few playful challenges, taught in good humour, leaving you feeling balanced and energised.

Kester Hynds
Kester’s movement journey began with martial arts and has since spiralled through dance, contact improvisation, aerial circus, and yoga. A bike accident in 2014 nudged him toward yoga for physical rehab — but he quickly found it offered much more.
He completed his first teacher training with It’s Yoga (Larry "Rocket" Schultz) under Joy (Kunkanit) Phrombut and Ricardo Martin, and later trained in Ashtanga with David Swenson, 4BEAT Vinyasa with Marcus Veda, and with handstand wizard Sammy Dineen.
His teaching blends breath-led yoga as well as Primal Flow, mobility, and mixed movement — strong, playful, and grounded in real experience. Expect energising sessions that challenge and centre you in equal measure.
Kester is also a Physical Trainer and Movement Instructor at WILD and PHYSICAL.
